• A deposit will be required within 7 days to confirm your booking. Payments can be made by cheque or credit/debit cards. However a charge of 2.5% will be made on all credit card transactions. Debit Card payments will not incur a charge.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations – If you cancel within seven days of your arrival then we reserve the right to charge you for the entire stay if we are unable to resell the room.
• Pets – we do not accept pets.
• Group Bookings - We do not accept single gender groups.
• Payment – We accept Mastercard. Switch, Visa, Electron, Maestro.
